This 3 stone pendant was made at the beginning of the 20th century and features 3 round cut Synthetic Colour Change Sapphires.
The synthesising of gemstones started in the 19th century, often mistaken for Amethyst these are what we might call today ‘lab grown Alexandrites’.
This piece is made from 9ct gold with a peachy/rosey hue and is marked as such on the bail. It measures 2.6cm drop and 2cm wide.
