Product Description

An Antique compass charm in Serpentine.

Compass charms are so hot at the minute and this one is so unusual. Shields, ship’s wheels and circular compass charms are among the most commonly found. Never before have I see one imitating a mantle clock!

The charm itself is carved out of Serpentine, a type or metamorphic rock containing minerals from the Serpentine group. Although found in a multitude of countries I like to think the stone used to make this pendant came from Cornwall, close to where we are based in Devon.

The compass still works too!

Measures 2.2cm by 1.6cm
