The butteriest yellow gold with the creamiest of pearls!Made around 1910 this necklace, although appears much higher carat, is 9ct gold! Both the chain and pendant have all of their original high carat gold plating and are in exceptional condition.A thin cable link chain with an immaculate barrel clasp suspends the floral design centre piece, set all over with natural seed pearls.The centre flower has an attached O ring to the reverse in order to dangle charms and pendants from, shown here with a 15ct gold and seed pearl pendant/brooch in a similar style (also currently available for purchase).Typically this style of necklace is found much shorter, this particular example measures a practical 18 inches in length thus sitting at a more comfortable length in comparison to its more commonly found choker length counterpart.All pearls are free from damage and wear and are secure in their settings.
